I went looking for apartments with my best friend and I just have to say it had a beautiful interior design and a good movement space. The bedrooms were decently sized and the kitchen had good areas to work with. We loved it!

Absolutely LOVING new management! Erik is such a great maintenance worker, replaced my washer/dryer in ONE DAY. Offered to replace my fridge (last management left me without a working fridge for months so I ended up buying my own) heâs so polite and easy to talk to. Lauren the new manager is very kind as well, seems to truly take an interest in how the tenants feel about living here and seems to truly want to make things better. Truthfully, it almost makes me want to stay. With scales right next door, and Rollins right across the way, itâs a perfect location for families. So thankful for new management!

My lease is almost up in a week so I figured Iâd share my experience. I lived at this location for a year and I honestly canât complain. Sure the location isnât the most ideal but neither is anything else near ASU. The apartments were renovated on the inside so it had some nice cabinets and kitchen appliances. Lastly, the staff treated me with respect, but my leasing agent Meg was the one who always went out of her way when I needed something done!

Besides the consent pool being closed it's a great place for college students. It's small and the neighbors are friendly. The one thing that bothers me is the mess students tend to leave. I suggest people to up they're parenting skills so our earth, homes and public space STAYS CLEAN.
